Faulty Items

Please contact me as soon as possible if there are any manufacturing faults with your purchased item to arrange the return, repair or refund. Items deemed damaged after wearing may incur a repair and postage charge.

Exchange

Please choose carefully as we only offer an exchange as a store credit if you change your mind.
If an item needs to be returned for exchange, it must be received in its original condition, unworn and with the tags still attached. If it is returned in an unsuitable condition, it will be returned to the owner at their expense.

Delivery & Shipping

We ship all of our orders nationwide via Australia Post, requiring a signature on delivery. All pieces come packaged in a travel-appropriate hat box. Delivery includes insurance.
Shipping time is estimated at 3-4 business days for metropolitan areas and 5-7 business days for regional and remote areas, not including weekends or public holidays.

Please discuss express post or international shipping options if required.

Pieces may be collected from my Bardon studio, by appointment only.

Delivery does not include international shipping, customs or duty charges. Meg Rafter Millinery is not responsible for any shipment delays as a result of an international shipment or for any pieces held under quarantine or any associated costs incurred.
